The professional ecosystem is a paid, fixed-term subscription. The free (Default) plan is permanent and falls outside the scope of the subscription.
The term of the plan you choose and its price, including applicable taxes, are clearly shown before payment. Applicable taxes are calculated by the payment service provider according to the legislation of the country you are in. The price is the amount on the payment screen.
The subscription is renewed only with your approval. For plans with automatic renewal, this is clearly stated during the order and you are informed before renewal. The subscription is not extended automatically without your approval.
Your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start of the subscription is reserved. For a digital service, this right may end if performance has started with your explicit approval and you have been informed that you will lose your right of withdrawal (see Returns and Right of Withdrawal (in Turkish)).
You can terminate your subscription at any time, free of charge and easily, from within the app or via destek@digifitsphere.com. Your termination notice is carried out within 7 days at the latest. You are not expected to give a notice period longer than 30 days. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period; the price collected in advance for the unused period is refunded.
If the subscription price changes, the change is applied only from the next renewal period and with prior notice.
